Naxin Micro introduces the ASIL D level isolation gate driver NSI6911F series certified by TV Rheinland.

Naxin Micro announced on April 21st the launch of the first domestic isolation gate driver based on the national supply chain, certified by TV Rheinland and reaching ISO 26262 ASIL D level the NSI6911F series. This series of products is designed for high-voltage applications such as the main drive inverter of new energy vehicles, on-board chargers, and DC-DC converters, with peak driving capability of up to 19A, common mode transient immunity of 150kV/s, integrated 12-bit high-precision isolation sampling ADC, and advanced diagnostic architecture. It provides a higher level of safety and system integration for the electric drive systems of new energy vehicles.
