JPMorgan Chase strives to obtain approval to launch active ETFs in China this year.

According to market sources, JPMorgan Chase is making efforts to obtain approval from the Chinese securities regulatory authorities to launch actively managed exchange-traded funds for the first time in China. George Gatch, global CEO of JPMorgan Chase Asset Management, said: "We expect to receive the relevant license this year, enabling us to conduct this business."
