Memorandum of Understanding signed between the Ministries of Science and Technology of China and Vietnam on the joint implementation of the joint research plan

Recently, the Minister of Science and Technology of China, Yin Hejun, and the Minister of Science and Technology of Vietnam, Vu Hai Jun, signed a Memorandum of Understanding on the implementation of a joint research program between the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Science and Technology of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, which has been included in the list of outcomes of the meeting between the leaders of China and Vietnam. Both sides will jointly implement the joint research program to promote the establishment of a long-term and stable scientific and technological innovation cooperation relationship in conducting joint research.
