This week, the capacity utilization rate of domestic PVC ethylene production enterprises was 63.12%, a decrease of 4.08% compared to the previous week and a decrease of 8.97% year-on-year. With high crude oil and ethylene costs, the pressure of losses on enterprises has increased. Combined with weak global PVC demand and competition in regional market, it is expected that the load of enterprises will continue to decrease in the next three weeks.
