On April 20th, Hengbang Bio announced that the company plans to invest in and construct a 600,000-ton annual production project of lysine in Wutongqiao Industrial Park, Sichuan Province. The total investment amount of the project is approximately 7.7467 billion yuan, with a construction area of about 1,000 mu. The main equipment of the project is a 600,000-ton/year feed-grade liquid lysine unit, with supporting facilities including a 498,000-ton/year ammonium sulfate unit and a 25,000-ton/year acrylic acid unit. The main product of the project is feed-grade liquid lysine, with by-products and processed products including ammonium sulfate and acrylic acid.
