Hua Su Holdings announced on April 19th that Chengdu Xintong Wanhua Enterprise Management Co., Ltd., which holds 11.47% of the shares, plans to reduce its total holding of company shares by no more than 32,193,800 shares through centralized competitive bidding or bulk trading.
