Wanda Film: The securities short name will be changed to Ruyi Film from April 20th.

Wanda Film announced that the company has completed the registration procedures for the change of business and obtained the reissued "Business License". The company's name has been changed from "Wanda Film Co., Ltd." to "Ru Yi Entertainment Co., Ltd.", the stock abbreviation has been changed from "Wanda Film" to "Ru Yi Film", and the stock code "002739" remains unchanged. The new stock abbreviation will be used from April 20, 2026.
