The General Office of the People's Government of Heilongjiang Province issued the "Heilongjiang Province's Supporting Policies and Measures for the Development of the Intelligent Robot Industry". The "Measures" propose supporting the construction of intelligent robot industrial parks. They also support the transformation of scientific and technological achievements from national platforms such as Harbin Institute of Technology's National Key Laboratory for Robot Technology and Systems, focusing on agricultural robots, industrial robots, medical robots, special robots, service robots, ice sculpture robots, and coordinating resources from relevant universities and enterprises to build the Intelligent Robot Island in the Harbin New Area with high quality, striving to create a national-level robot industry base.
