The General Office of the People's Government of Heilongjiang Province issued the "Several Policies and Measures to Support the Development of the Intelligent Robot Industry in Heilongjiang Province." The measures propose to support intelligent robot companies in enhancing their production capacity. Encouragement is given to intelligent robot companies to use innovative technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, and cloud computing for transformation and upgrade. Companies that meet the requirements of the technology transformation policy will receive financial rewards and support from the provincial government. For approved digitized workshops and intelligent factories, a one-time subsidy of 10% of the contract amount will be provided, with a maximum of 2 million yuan and 10 million yuan respectively. Projects that meet the conditions for transformation and upgrade, as well as energy equipment renewal, will receive support when seeking funds such as national bonds for equipment renewal over an extended period.
