The company was established in December 2016, with Wang Chuan as the legal representative, registered capital of 35 million US dollars, and operating scope including organizing cultural and artistic exchange activities, enterprise planning, film and television planning, etc., fully owned by Xiaomi Pictures Hong Kong Limited.
