Lantu Automotive: Dongfeng Corporation's subsidiary plans to increase its shareholding to a maximum of 250 million yuan.

LanTu Automobile announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that an affiliate of its controlling shareholder, Dongfeng Company, Dongfeng Hong Kong, plans to increase its H-shareholding in the company within 12 months. The initial planned increase amount will not exceed RMB 250 million. As of the announcement date, Dongfeng Company, Dongfeng Asset Management Limited, and Wuhan Woya Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership collectively hold 69.47% of LanTu Automobile's total issued shares.
