Dong'an Power announced that in 2025, the company achieved operating income of 5.718 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 23.81%; net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 12.5204 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 118.37%; and basic earnings per share were 0.0267 yuan. The Board of Directors of the company has decided on the distribution plan for 2025: using the total share capital on the registration date of the equity distribution plan in the future as the base, distributing cash of 0.11 yuan per 10 shares, totaling 51.31237 million yuan in cash dividends, accounting for 40.98% of the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company in the consolidated financial statements, and not increasing capital reserves through bonus shares.
