Cloud Atlas Holdings: Subsidiary obtains mining rights and mining license for the western section of Niuniu Village phosphate mine.

On April 13th, YunTu Holdings announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Leibo Kerry Phosphorus Chemical Co., Ltd., has completed the procedures related to the transfer of mining rights from exploration rights in the west section of Niuniu Village North Mine Area in Leibo County, Sichuan Province, and has obtained the real estate certificate and mining license issued by the Department of Natural Resources of Sichuan Province. The west section phosphorus mine has acquired a mining right of 4 million tons per year, marking an increase in the company's own phosphorus mining design capacity from 6.9 million tons per year to 10.9 million tons per year, further solidifying the resource base of the company's phosphorus industry chain.
