The industry has officially entered a new stage of "existing operations + service value-added". "Service capability" has become one of the key indicators of differentiation competition. The traditional real estate companies' competition logic centered on "building quality" is gradually becoming ineffective, as homeowners' demand for "home" is no longer limited to physical space, but extends to community atmosphere, neighbor relationships, and lifestyle services at the spiritual level.
