On April 12, Huiquan Beer announced that after the 19th meeting of the ninth board of directors on April 9, 2026, the company received a written resignation report from the chairman of the board, Liu Xiangyu. Chairman Liu Xiangyu resigned from the positions of chairman of the board, director, and member of the board's special committees due to work requirements, and his resignation report took effect upon delivery to the board of directors. After his resignation, Liu Xiangyu will not hold any position in the company.
