Report: Former ECM Head of CICC International responsible for its stock sales business.

According to sources, Guotai Junan International has appointed a former senior stock capital market banker to be in charge of stock sales business. The investment bank has appointed Jean Li to oversee such transactions. She stepped down as co-head of the stock capital market at the end of 2024. Li is serving in this role on an interim basis, and the company is also looking for candidates for senior positions in the stock capital market.
