Abdul Matin Cani, a spokesman for the Afghan Ministry of Interior, said on the evening of the 10th that a shooting incident occurred in the northern province of Herat, Afghanistan, resulting in at least 7 deaths and 13 injuries. Cani wrote on social media that several unidentified armed individuals arrived on motorcycles at a picnic site near a village in the Angile district of Herat province and opened fire on civilians gathered there.
