In order to prevent and resolve risks in cyberspace, it is necessary for cyber legal governance to be adept at struggles and overcoming difficulties. It is important to understand the situation, clarify tasks, and enhance the sense of responsibility and urgency in accelerating the legalization of cyberspace.
