Sita Li announced that the company plans to use 35 million yuan of its own funds to increase the capital of Zhejiang Jianli Chemical Co., Ltd., and acquire 3.4483% of the equity of Jianli Chemical after the capital increase. Related parties Hong Kong Bellin Group Limited, Hu Jian, and two other independent investors intend to use their own funds to acquire 1.9704%, 0.9852%, 5.9113%, and 3.9409% of the equity of Jianli Chemical after the capital increase. After this round of capital increase is completed, the company will collectively hold 19.5271% of the equity of Jianli Chemical.
