WuKun Development Announcement: The company's board of directors has received the resignation report from the Chairman of the Board, Wei Tao. Due to work changes, Wei Tao has applied to resign from the positions of company director, chairman of the board, and chairman of the board's Strategic Committee. As per regulations, the resignation report will take effect upon delivery to the board of directors. Wei Tao does not hold any company shares and has already completed the handover work. During the vacancy of the chairman, the company's director and general manager Li Zhicong will act on behalf of the responsibilities.
