On April 8, 2026, the company received a notification from Sinopec Group that as of April 7, 2026, Sinopec Group, through itself and its wholly-owned subsidiaries, had completed the plan to increase holdings of the company's A shares and H shares. As of the date of this announcement, Sinopec Group and its wholly-owned subsidiaries have collectively increased their holdings by 484,051,557 shares, accounting for approximately 0.40% of the company's total issued share capital, with a total amount of RMB 2.073 billion.
