Saudi Arabia and Bahrain cross-border bridge reopens for traffic.

The Fahd King Bridge Management Authority announced on social media on the 8th that vehicle traffic on the Fahd King Bridge has once again resumed. The authority had announced on the evening of the 7th that vehicle traffic on the cross-border bridge between Saudi Arabia and Bahrain was temporarily suspended due to a warning alert issued for the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. The bridge had also been temporarily suspended for vehicle traffic on the morning of the 7th for the same reason, but resumed traffic a few hours later. The Fahd King Bridge is a key passage connecting Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
