Musk seeks to dismiss Ultraman from the OpenAI lawsuit.

According to reports, Musk is seeking to remove OpenAI's CEO Sam Altman and President Greg Brockman from their positions, as part of a lawsuit expected to be heard in court later this month. In legal documents filed on Tuesday local time, Musk's lawyers listed specific remedies he will seek if the judge and jury determine that Altman and OpenAI defrauded Musk. The remedies Musk will seek include "an order that the defendant Altman be removed from the board of directors of the nonprofit OpenAI organization, and that defendants Altman and Brockman be removed from the executive positions at the for-profit OpenAI company." Musk also requested the court to mandate OpenAI to restore its nonprofit operating model. Musk's lawyers had previously revealed in documents filed in January that he will seek up to $134 billion in damages from OpenAI and Microsoft.
