Addition of 11 stations and 50 high-speed train services, optimization of high-speed train pet transportation service starting today.

Starting from April 8, 2026, the railway department will launch the "Pet Travel" service based on the successful trial of the high-speed rail pet transport service. It will provide two transport modes: "Traveling with Pets" and "Pets Traveling Alone." The number of high-speed railway stations handling pet transport services will increase to 121, and the number of trains will increase to 228, to better meet the diverse needs of passengers. Since the trial of the high-speed rail pet transport service on April 8, 2025, the operation has been good and well-received in the market. Over the past year, more than 15,000 pets have been safely transported, providing great convenience for passengers traveling with pets.
