Eternal Technology announced that, based on the actual operating conditions and business development plans, in order to optimize resource allocation, the company has decided to cancel its wholly-owned subsidiary, Beijing Eternal Future Intelligent Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. On April 7, 2026, the company completed the cancellation registration procedures. This matter does not involve related party transactions and major asset reorganizations, so it does not need to be submitted for review. After the cancellation, Beijing Future Intelligence will no longer be included in the company's consolidated financial statements, which will have no material impact on the company's finances, profits and daily operations, nor will it involve changes in management.
