Yuanjie Technology: Guotai Haitong completes continuous supervision of first public offering of shares.

Source Technology announced that on December 21, 2022, the company's initial public offering of shares was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, with Guotai Junan Securities acting as the continuous supervision sponsor. The continuous supervision period will be from December 21, 2022 to December 31, 2025. On March 14, 2025, Guotai Junan exchanged shares to absorb and merge with Haitong Securities. The surviving company, Guotai Haitong, will continue to fulfill the supervisory obligations. In August 2024, the company was ordered to rectify by the Shaanxi Securities Regulatory Bureau for improper recognition of income and use of funds. As of December 31, 2025, the supervision period has expired, and Guotai Haitong has completed the supervision work. It will continue to supervise the remaining fundraising management and use.
