The latter is a domestic company in the field of medical endoscopic imaging technology. Currently, Jian Shi's surgical products include staplers, ultrasonic scalpels, surgical sutures, surgical robots, etc. With the addition of Tuge, Jian Shi's product portfolio will be further expanded. At the same time, Tuge's founder, Wang Yangang, will serve as the Chief Technology Officer for Jian Shi Group's visual imaging technology, leading the business in technological innovation and product iteration.
