Jinggang Holdings Group's 1750 ESP production line has officially started operation.

According to the Shanxi Economic Daily, recently, the Jinsteel Holding Group's 1750ESP production line officially started construction, marking the substantial construction phase of the 14.8 billion yuan investment project with an annual output of 2 million tons of hydrogen metallurgy and silicon steel new materials. The plan is to complete the construction in 18 months, covering the full process system of intelligent raw material yard, hydrogen-rich smelting, refining, rolling, and waste heat power generation. Its three most breakthrough world-class innovations are: first, the world's first thin slab endless casting and rolling integrated high-performance silicon steel production line: seamless connection from molten steel to finished coil, greatly shortening the production process, improving product precision and stability. Second, the world's first high silicon silicon steel and carbon steel mixed production line: jointly developed with Andritz from Austria, breaking through the industry's technological bottleneck of co-production of different materials. Third, the steel industry 4.0 intelligent production line: developed in collaboration with Primet and Siemens, achieving normalized operation of "dark factory" and setting a new benchmark for global steel intelligent manufacturing.
