The QiChaCha app shows that recently, Fenyi Gongtou Ganfeng New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Li Chengling as the legal representative and a registered capital of 1 billion yuan. Its business scope includes research and development of new energy technologies, sales of battery accessories, sales of new energy vehicle charging facilities, sales of charging piles, and leasing of batteries. According to corporate equity data from QiChaCha, the company is jointly owned by Fenyi County Ruineng Innovation Investment Co., Ltd. and Ganfeng Lithium's wholly-owned subsidiary Jiangxi Ganfeng New Energy Technology Co., Ltd.
