NetEase boosts spring recruitment efforts: Providing 2000 intern positions for conversion to full-time employment, covering positions in R&D, art, and other fields.

Recently, Netease launched its 2026 spring campus recruitment plan. This spring recruitment is open to the graduating class of 2027, with nearly 2000 intern positions in various fields such as R&D, planning, art, and operations. The person in charge of Netease's game campus recruitment stated that the total number of interns recruited has increased by 70% compared to last year, and the recruitment scale for technical positions has doubled compared to last year. In the previous fall campus recruitment, Netease hired 1500 recent college graduates.
