Tencent's version of "Little Lobster" WorkBuddy apologizes for the login issues: will compensate 1000 Credits to all affected domestic users.

On April 2nd, Tencent issued an apology and compensation statement regarding the login issues with WorkBuddy & CodeBuddy. Tencent stated that they detected login issues for some domestic users today (April 2nd) at 09:10, and the team intervened and urgently resolved the issue. The problem was gradually fixed by 11:45 and the service is now fully restored and stable. Tencent deeply apologizes for this failure and will compensate all affected domestic users with 1000 Credits. These credits will be distributed within 2 working days, and users can claim them by logging into the "Usage Management" page before 24:00 on April 30th.
