Tencent's version of "Little Lobster" WorkBuddy apologizes for the login issues: will compensate 1000 Credits to all affected domestic users.

On April 2nd, Tencent issued an apology and compensation statement regarding the abnormal login of WorkBuddy&CodeBuddy. Tencent stated that today at 09:10, it detected login abnormalities for some domestic users, and the team immediately intervened and urgently dealt with the issue. The related problems were gradually fixed by 11:45, and the service is now fully restored and stable. Tencent expressed deep apologies for the incident and will compensate all affected domestic users with 1000 Credits. These points will be distributed within 2 working days, and users can claim them by logging into the "Usage Management" page before 24:00 on April 30th.
