Anhui: support the use of housing provident fund to pay property management fees and other policies, starting from April 1, 2026.

To fully leverage the role of the housing provident fund system in guaranteeing housing, better meet the housing and related consumption needs of depositing workers and promote the high-quality development of the housing provident fund, the following notifications are issued regarding expanding the scope of housing provident fund withdrawal: supporting the withdrawal of housing provident fund for payment of property fees, supporting the withdrawal of housing provident fund for urban housing renovation, supporting the withdrawal of housing provident fund for payment of deed tax when purchasing a house, supporting the withdrawal of housing provident fund for special maintenance funds for deposited residential buildings, and expanding the range of major illness types eligible for housing provident fund withdrawal. The policies in items one, two, and four will be implemented on April 1, 2026, and the policies in items three and five will be implemented on May 9, 2026, with a validity period of 5 years.
