Sina Finance reported on March 31 that the Shanghai International Energy Exchange issued a notice on the "Announcement on Implementing Restrictive Opening Measures for Some Customers." On March 31, 2026, one group of accounts with actual control relationships exceeded the trading volume limit on relevant contracts within the account group for the day, reaching the Shanghai International Energy Exchange's processing standard. The trading behavior of the above-mentioned customers violated Article 16 of the "Management Rules for Abnormal Trading Behavior of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange," and Shanghai Energy decided to implement restrictive opening regulatory measures on the relevant customers on the corresponding contracts.
