Sina Finance reported on March 31 that the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the "Management Measures for Industrial Product Quality Control and Technical Evaluation Laboratories". The "Management Measures" clearly states that the main tasks of the laboratories are to focus on promoting the diversification, quality improvement, and branding of industries, providing high-level quality technical services to enterprises, conducting key common quality technology research for industries, promoting advanced quality technology methods, cultivating excellent quality talents, strengthening quality technology exchange and cooperation, providing decision-making support and technical support for government quality management work, and providing quality technical support for enhancing industrial basic capabilities, accelerating the construction of a strong manufacturing country and a strong network country. The "Management Measures" includes six chapters and 28 articles such as general principles, responsibilities, identification, operation, management, and appendixes, and will be implemented from May 1st.
