The 11th member representative conference of the Chinese Financial Association was held in Beijing.

On the morning of March 26th, the 11th Member Representative Conference of the Chinese Academy of Fiscal Sciences was held in Beijing. The meeting deeply studied and implemented the spirit of the 4th Plenum of the 20th Party Congress, summarized the achievements of fiscal reform, development, and theoretical innovation, analyzed the focus of fiscal development in the current and future period, and looked forward to the development and research direction of fiscal theory in the "Fifteenth Five-Year Plan" period. Lan Fo'an, Secretary of the Party Group and Minister of Finance, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Lan Fo'an pointed out that the 4th Plenum of the 20th Party Congress made systematic plans and strategic deployments for economic and social development in the "Fifteenth Five-Year Plan" period, and fiscal work faces new situations, tasks, and requirements. As an important platform for coordinating the national fiscal research forces and exerting the combined force of politics and academics, the Chinese Academy of Fiscal Sciences must deeply study and implement the spirit of the 20th Party Congress and the previous plenums, continuously enhance the political, advanced, and mass nature of the Academy, widely gather various forces, closely follow the pulse of the times, continuously deepen fiscal theory and policy research, actively engage in the new journey of fiscal reform and development, and serve the comprehensive promotion of the great practice of China's modernization. Lou Jiwei, President of the 10th Council of the Chinese Academy of Fiscal Sciences, delivered a speech at the conference, reviewing the relevant work of the 10th Council and discussing and elaborating on the key points of future fiscal theory and policy research.
