On March 30, according to Sina Finance, President Xi Jinping sent a congratulatory letter to the World Data Organization on its establishment. Xi Jinping pointed out that the world is accelerating into the age of intelligence, and the role of data as a basic resource and an innovation engine is increasingly evident. The World Data Organization, with the aim of "bridging the data gap, unleashing the value of data, and promoting the prosperity of the digital economy," has provided a useful platform for deepening international data cooperation and improving global data governance. Xi Jinping emphasized that China will uphold the concept of extensive consultation, joint contribution, and shared benefits, support the World Data Organization in playing its role, work with all parties to consolidate consensus on data governance rules, promote technological innovation in digital intelligence, facilitate secure and orderly flow of data, and promote efficient development and utilization, in order to serve the healthy development of the global digital economy and allow the benefits of data to better benefit people in all countries. The founding conference of the World Data Organization was held in Beijing on the same day, with the theme of "Building a Platform for Data Cooperation and Sharing Digital Development Opportunities." The organization's members include global enterprises, universities, think tanks, international organizations, financial institutions, and other entities in the data field.
