Haikou implements six major actions to further optimize the business environment.

According to the Haikou Daily, recently, the People's Government of Haikou City issued the "Action Plan for Further Optimizing the Business Environment in Haikou City", focusing on six major actions including market efficiency enhancement, government service improvement, element aggregation empowerment, innovative and open driving, credit system quality improvement, and legal construction escorting. It proposed 45 measures and 105 work tasks to promote the overall improvement of the city's business environment.
