The General Office of the People's Government of Henan Province issued a notice on the implementation plan for integrating agriculture into the construction of a unified national market. By 2027, the comprehensive grain production capacity will reach 68.5 billion kilograms, and the production of meat, eggs, dairy products, oilseeds, and vegetables will consistently rank among the top in the country. The processing and conversion rate of agricultural products will reach 82%, with 1,900 provincial famous agricultural brands. Significant achievements have been made in the development of the grain industry, and the ability to allocate grain resources and ensure circulation has significantly increased. The net outbound original grain and processed products will be around 30 billion kilograms, and the net outbound live pigs and pork products will be equivalent to around 20 million pigs. The contribution rate of agricultural scientific and technological progress will reach 69%, ranking first in the country, and agricultural social services will cover an area of over 3 billion mu on an annual basis, ranking among the top in the country.
