Beijing releases 16 measures to accelerate the construction of a high-level scientific and technological innovation service talent team.

On March 25, the "Several Measures to Strengthen the Construction of Science and Technology Innovation Service Talent Team" were officially announced through Beijing's official platform. The "Several Measures" focus on key forces such as technical managers, science and technology finance talents, incubation operation talents, intellectual property talents, and introduce 16 specific measures in four major aspects, aiming to build a sufficient, rational, and comprehensive science and technology innovation service talent team, providing strong support for the construction of Beijing International Science and Technology Innovation Center and high-level talent base. Expanding the "Zhuque Talent" scale to more than 50 people. Technical managers are important links between technology and the market, participating in the whole process of transforming results from the laboratory to the market, playing an irreplaceable role. The "Several Measures" prioritize the construction of the technical manager team in the core position of science and technology innovation service talent work, introducing a series of targeted measures from scale expansion, cultivation and use, evaluation and guarantee, to comprehensively build a high-quality, professional technical manager team. Regarding the expansion of the scale of technical managers, the "Several Measures" explicitly state the expansion of the "Zhuque Talent" scale to more than 50 people, supporting universities in Beijing to train more than 300 master's and doctoral students in technology transfer direction each year.
