Kangtai Biotechnology announced that its controlling shareholder, Du Weimin, has supplemented his pledged shares by 15.82 million shares, accounting for 5.56% of his total holdings and 1.42% of the company's total share capital. The pledgees are China Merchants Securities Co., Ltd. and Guojin Securities Co., Ltd. After the additional pledge, his total pledged shares amount to 74.80 million, representing 26.27% of his total holdings and 6.70% of the company's total share capital.
