The Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau of Guangzhou Municipality has issued "Several Measures to Accelerate the Development of Modular Construction". Among them, it proposes to encourage each district to implement precise services for modular construction industrial parks through "one enterprise, one strategy" and "one park, one case", implement a "land use list system", establish a sound control index system for investment intensity, plot ratio, average tax revenue per mu, employment contribution, and R&D expenditure intensity, allow for the staggered payment of land prices, implement tax preferential policies, and reduce the landing costs of key projects; actively introduce high-quality leading enterprises, focus on building intelligent construction industry parks covering the entire lifecycle and industry chain from R&D, design, production, testing, to operation and maintenance.
