The announcement from Zhejiang Merchants Zhongtuo stated that they recently received a civil ruling from the People's Court of Xiangshui County, Jiangsu Province, approving the restructuring plan of 30 companies including Jiangsu Delong Nickel Industry Co., Ltd. and terminating the restructuring process. As one of the restructuring investors, the company will work with its partners to implement restructuring investments related to assets and rights. This restructuring investment still needs to be approved by the company's board of directors, shareholders' meeting, and other procedures, does not constitute a related party transaction, and does not constitute a major asset restructuring as stipulated in the "Management Measures for Major Asset Restructuring of Listed Companies".
