The State Administration for Market Regulation publicly solicits opinions on the "Regulations on the Supervision and Management of Kindergartens' Implementation of Food Safety Main Responsibility".

In order to further implement the "four strictest" requirements for food safety, strengthen the campus food safety risk prevention and control system, and ensure the primary responsibility for food safety in kindergartens, the State Administration for Market Regulation has drafted the "Regulations on Supervision and Management of Kindergartens' Implementation of Food Safety Primary Responsibility" in accordance with the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and its implementation regulations. The draft is now open for public feedback. The deadline for feedback is April 24, 2026.
