Regulations on the construction management of civil air defense projects; 3. Management methods for the development and utilization of civil air defense projects in peacetime; 4. Measures for the protection of state-owned grain and oil storage and logistics facilities; 5. Standards for the determination and supervision of major electrical accidents, and regulations for governance management; 6. Supervision and management methods for construction safety in electrical construction projects; 7. Regulations for the operation safety supervision of dams in hydropower stations; 8. Measures for the supervision and management of electrical safety production; 9. Measures for fair and open supervision of the power grid.
