On March 23, the Shenzhen Industrial and Information Technology Bureau officially issued the "Action Plan for Accelerating the High-Quality Development of the Artificial Intelligence Server Industry Chain in Shenzhen," with the aim of seizing the high ground in the development of artificial intelligence industry technology, accelerating the high-quality development of the artificial intelligence server industry chain, leading the creation of a new form of intelligent economy, and accelerating the construction of a global pioneer city in artificial intelligence. The "Action Plan" clearly states that Shenzhen will fully leverage the advantages of the new generation of electronic information, artificial intelligence, new energy, and other related industries, adhere to innovation-driven development, coordinated development of software and hardware, ecological cultivation, and open cooperation, promote innovation and clustering development of the entire chain of AI server research and design, core components and complete machine manufacturing, system integration, and supporting services, build the most complete industrial support, most efficient resource allocation, and most innovative ecological AI server industry chain, and create a large-scale intelligent computing cluster research and manufacturing hub, providing solid support for the establishment of Shenzhen as a global leading advanced manufacturing center and an industrial and technological innovation center with globally significant influence. By 2028, Shenzhen will achieve a leap in the capacity and shipment volume of the full industrial chain of AI servers, with significantly increased global market share in key areas such as core chips, storage, PCB, power storage, optical modules, passive components, and other key products. Furthermore, breakthroughs in technology will be achieved in core chips and key product areas, cultivating a group of "specialized, distinctive, and innovative" and "single-item champion" enterprises with excellent technological capabilities and significant market advantages, forming an industry echelon of collaborative development among large, medium, and small enterprises.
