Shanghai municipal government and the National Social Security Fund Council signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement and held a launching ceremony of the National Investment Innovation Fund in Shanghai. It is reported that the National Investment Innovation Fund was jointly established by the Social Security Fund Foundation, the National Development Investment Group, Construction Bank, Bank of Communications, Shanghai Guotou Company, and Pudong Venture Capital, with a scale of 10 billion RMB.
