Chinese Satellite: Chairman Acting as Secretary of the Board of Directors

China Satellite Announcement: Mr. Li Daming, Chairman of the company, will temporarily assume the responsibilities of the Board Secretary starting from March 25, 2026, until the company officially hires a Board Secretary.
