Specifically, the central government will provide subsidies to the eastern, central, and western regions at proportions of 85%, 90%, and 95% respectively, while the sharing ratio below the provincial level will be determined by each province based on actual circumstances. These sharing proportions not only reflect the high level of attention from the central government to improving the level of care for disabled elderly people and its strong support for local governments, but also reflect the requirement to strengthen local management responsibilities. Currently, the central government has allocated a total of 12.09 billion yuan in special subsidies, and local governments have also arranged corresponding matching funds. From the implementation situation, project funding is sufficient, disbursed in a timely manner, and providing strong support for the smooth implementation of the project. In the future, based on the progress of project implementation in various regions, the central government will continue to allocate funds in batches to ensure that the necessary funds for the project are timely and sufficiently provided.
