Li Chenggang stated that the world is facing intertwined uncertainties, with unilateralism and protectionism on the rise, geopolitical conflicts intensifying, severely disrupting the international economic and trade order, and impacting international economic and trade cooperation. China firmly supports multilateralism and free trade, upholds the multilateral trading system with the World Trade Organization at its core, promotes a more just and fair international economic and trade order, and achieves inclusive and sustainable economic globalization. China will continue to embrace the global market, focus on building a super large-scale domestic market, and provide more opportunities for multinational companies. Temasek is welcomed to continue investing in China to achieve mutually beneficial cooperation. Zhang ZhiXian expressed confidence in the prospects of China's economic development and stated that Temasek will seize the opportunities brought by China's "Fifteenth Five-Year Plan," continue to expand investment in China, actively uphold the rules-based international order, and promote stable development of the new China-Singapore economic and trade relationship.
